Free samples: We will try to ship free samples with every order for your enjoyment. Due to limited quantities of samples, we will not be able to offer samples by request.

Ordering Information
To place your order online, simply click on the "order" button next to the product you would like to purchase.
Click on the "Checkout" button on product pages or the "VIEW CART" link at the top of every page when you're finished shopping! (Remember, no tax for residents outside of Florida).
Orders can also be placed on the telephone or fax using the numbers above. Our service/order hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Money orders are accepted by mail to the address above. Money orders must clear prior to shipment of goods. We cannot accept personal or third-party checks.

Visage Beauty, Inc. is required by law to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to Florida

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone.
Orders are shipped via UPS unless specifically requested otherwise. Visagebeauty.com can not ship to P.O. Boxes *Next Day orders must be placed by 12 noon EST to be shipped the same business day.*
Shipping Costs are as follows:
UPS Ground within the US: $7.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
Shipping to Canada: $12.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
International Shipments: $42.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Most International orders ship via Global Priority and are received in 1-2 weeks. For those of you who do not receive Global Priority delivery, or whose parcels weigh more than 4 lbs., shipping costs will be quoted on an individual basis.

Policies
Visagebeauty.com Return Policy:
We understand things aren't always the way you imagine them when you buy online. Feel free to send only UNOPENED PRODUCTS back. To return or exchange a purchase please call or e-mail customer service within 14 days of receipt of purchase to process its return or exchange. We will except no returns after this time period.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake or your merchandise was damaged in shipping. Please contact customer service if either of these conditions have occurred. If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the original box so we can inform our carrier of the problem.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
-Please include all information on the back of the invoice that you receive with your package.
-If we made a mistake on your order or your items were damaged in shipping, contact us at returns@visagebauty.com.
-Please carefully pack the items for return or exchange in a box and include your invoice. We recommend insuring and tracking your package, as we can not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Back order and Out of Stock
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email informing you of an approximate in stock date. Your order will then be placed on backorder and shipped immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Privacy
Your privacy is enormously important to us. We will never trade, sell or give your information to any external group. We use email and traditional mail to communicate to you about your orders and promotional news.
We highly protect your personal information including your name, address, credit card number, by using secure servers that encrypt all the data you input before it is transmitted to us. We store all data on our dedicated, secure server to protect it against unauthorized access.
